An even happier and healthier way of life…

through acupuncture.

What is acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a technique in which practitioners stimulate specific points on the body—most often by inserting thin needles through the skin. It is one of the practices used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

TCM explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners reorient, or rebalance that energy flow. A Western perspective on the practice explains that acupuncture at specific places on the body stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue.

I incorporate this technique into all of my treatments. Fine acupuncture needles are inserted into the skin in a specific geometric pattern. This pattern is decided based on the exact energy pathways corresponding to your unique medical needs. The purpose of this method is to achieve harmony between your mind, body, and soul. Your spiritual center will be awakened, and you will leave feeling a deeper connection with your inner self.

Acupuncture, a key component of TCM, is just one of its many treatments.
